One of our followers asks: Im 27 years old and have recently been diagnosed with anxiety social anxiety and some OCD tendencies. Ive moved to a new area and since moving feel very lonely and isolated. As you can imagine I have a hard time being positive and am really struggling with so many areas of my life, I have 2 children aged 3 and 8 and I also care for my little brother who is 10 and I feel they are suffering to even tough Ive explained to them whats going on and I feel enormous guilt for them I feel like Im ruining their lives. Im wanting/ hoping to find some people who are local to me and are going through a similar circumstance who I could chat to on Facebook or maybe in person (if Im having a good day) as I cant open up to anyone as Im embarrassed and dont think they will take me seriously. I am in the western suburbs of Melbourne Vic and if anyone wants to, if they comment on the post you post ill add them as a friend and go from there
