One of the books I read 15 years ago that had a huge impact on my thinking was the Cluetrain Manifesto. Here Doc Searls and team came out with a new set of clues. These things are aimed at marketers, but really I try to put this stuff into practice every day. Im a little bit on the opposite side of the authors on privacy, though. They simply havent seen the utility, or, at least, underplay it here. Thats a change from the first book they did. I dont think that takes anything away from the new clues, though. And, yes, I will hold Rackspace Hostings feet to the fire if someone inside breaks these new clues. Corporate storytellers, this and the previous book, should be your guidelines.
