One reason no one in Seoul seems really worried about the North -when their own stuff looks only marginally better or safer and right there in the back yard too. No tsunamis, no worries, the engineers probably thought. One gets the feeling this is endemic to the entire electric power industry - and yet Abe-san is traveling the planet as Chief Salesman for Japanese nuclear engineering prowess. A misplaced case of Sarkozy-envy one would have to conclude.
