One year ago today myself and my business partner, JR Hayward, gladly accepted the challenge to become our own bosses. A challenge few get a chance to take. We have completely reshaped and molded our investment into something we can be proud of and we believe will only get bigger in time. I must say it is much more work than I had imagined but it is all worth it just to see the change in the little things, the important things.
