Opening of classes: The full tuition is around Php31,000.00 without discounts and rebates for freshies. Then I have to take in 10 to 15 more students in my class. May mga freshies pa na walang subjects! God have mercy on this University. For Php31,000.00 the freshies were traumatized: ceiling fans are not working, there is no door knob, and electric wirings are exposed. I told the freshies: WELCOME TO THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES! WELCOME TO UNENDING STRUGGLE! And for all those seniors: ITS NOT ALWAYS TOO LATE TO STRUGGLE.
