Oregon State Police has sent a corrected release on the fatal crash near Meacham. The name of the victim in the first release was incorrect. Pendleton woman dies in interstate crash A Pendleton woman died Thursday in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 near Meacham. According to Oregon State Police, Barbara May Nash, 76, was driving a Chevrolet Blazer in the eastbound lane near milepost 238 at about 1:35 p.m. when she passed another vehicle in the left lane, drifted off the road to the right then up an embankment and into the guardrail. The Blazer landed on its drivers side. Nash was pronounced dead at the scene. OSP Lt. Mike Turner said a medical condition may have factored into the crash.
