Asian Executive Chef With great modern experiences in Asian cuisine – Japanese – Chinese – Thai – Singaporean – Vietnamese. The successful candidate would have the supervision of two outlets (Chinese Restaurant and the other being their present gastronomique Japanese restaurant). The Asian Executive Chef will then be in charge of all the Asian food production for the resort where and when required. He/she will be assisted by two strong Sous Chefs who will be located at each outlet. Italian Sous Chef To run Italian restaurant. A young talented individual who is eager to grow into Chef de Cuisine position within one year and to lead their beautiful modern designed restaurant. Show full functional live kitchen. Executive Assistant Manager Well-rounded in resort/hotel operation with strong background in Rooms and Front Office to report directly to General Manager. A pleasant – tough – structured – people oriented – quality minded - well groomed – good looking – great personality and guest contact. A lady would be a plus.
