Our Marketing Strategy students put theory into practice by developing strategies to market Lillys Cafe, a cafe at the state-of-the-art Hospitality Trade Training Centre at Mirrabooka Senior High School. The ECU School of Business students were briefed to devise strategies to make the Centre financially sustainable while taking into consideration the unique constraints impinging on it as a non-for-profit educational entity.
