Our current ortho surgeon has been discussing my sons case with Dr. Andrews, he has reviewed his MRI and wants to see him, we get a call today with an appointment time & surgery date, get the somewhat large packet filled out & sent back, then they tell us we need to verify insurance coverage, which I call to do....only to find out this amazing surgeon who wants to see my son after reviewing his MRI with our current ortho, cant because his insurance wont cover it! Im at a loss for words.......
