Our friends, Rebecca and her husband Chuck, have been working with their rescue dogs to dock dive for a few years. Duke is a shelter dog that was turned into a shelter because of his energy... I really wish that family could see Duke now. For the first time in the history of DockDogs, the American Pitbull Terrier was recognized in the top breed award ceremony. Congratulations to Duke and Chuck for being the Top Ranked APBT in the world!! And a huge thanks to the community of competitors who have welcomed the breed into their community, free of discrimination or prejudice, and that sees the dogs as merely athletic superstars!
