Our newest pet up for adoption: If you are interested here are some things you should know; She is a Shar-Pei female approximately 2 years old. I have been calling her P. P is not full of wrinkles but WILL require daily cleaning. When P drinks she will make a mess and you will have wet socks! She has oily fur but is clean. P will require on going ear meds but so far this is nothing difficult. P will let you touch any part of her body without any negative reaction and has been letting staff take food from her. The best way to describe her personality would be Dainty. P does not want her feet wet and walks wonderfully on a leash. P will sit and shake, but she prefers giving you her left or South Paw. Our departments goal is to place all of our pets in forever homes so yes we need to meet all of your family, including the fur ones. Please call 860-645-5516 leaving a voice message. For those that are going to ask if she is a Good dog - I describe her as Bomb proof, meaning that we really feel that she would do well in almost any situation.
