Lemon Curd is also made to order. We use natural ingredients without preservatives or additives. Only spirit vinegar is used. No Gluten added. Our Pectin is homemade. Jellies make a welcome addition to any sandwich, scones, pancakes, or even as a filling for a sponge cake, while also giving extra flavour to cold or hot meats or depth to gravy. Chutneys are a traditional accompaniment to cheese & crusty bread, but dont let tradition hold you back from trying new ideas!!
