Our relationships tell so much about who we are – Who we associate with, who we interact with and who we hang out with tells so much about the character of who we are. We cannot be in relationship with just anyone. There must be a value and standard to the people who are around us. It is a sad reality that too many of us engage in relationships that take from us and don’t offer anything to us… We spend more of our energy trying to get a person to approve us, like us and validate us that it becomes unhealthy to our mental makeup. You cannot just be around anyone for a period of time and their way of thinking and behavior not influence you in some capacity... At some point we must take relationship assessments. Sometimes the people who are with us are not good for us. Furthermore just because we are together does not mean we are good together…
