Out at a Resturant. The game is on. Family of five, two boys one girl. Young kid asks his Mom, hey why are all the guys on that team Black guys. Without looking up, or answering his sons question Dad raises one eyebrow. Mom covers her face. Waitress shows up just in time. So, White parents (all parents also) heres the answer: cuz those Black guys worked really hard since they were your age to perfect their craft. Also almost all of those black guys on the court either attended or graduated high school or college. You know son, those Black guys are smart and work hard at being the best, which is exactly how I want you to be. Son, I want you to be like those smart, hard working, talented black guys.
