Over 70 churches and organizations in Modesto are taking one week out of the year to pray for Modesto. This next week is Big Valley Graces week beginning today praying for the Family: • Thank God for sturdy marriages that reflect His faithfulness, unity, hope, love and respect for one another • Pray for parents to have godly wisdom and discernment in raising children • Pray for reconciliation between family members and healing of broken families • Pray for parents to model good character, integrity and honesty • Pray for children to obey and honor their parents and for trust and open communication within the family • Pray that teenagers would radically commit their lives to Christ • Pray for protection, care and support for the unborn, for neglected children and for those in foster care • Pray for care for the elderly by families and agencies • Pray for the future and hope of single persons • Pray for disabled individuals to prosper in the community • Pray for shelter and provision for homeless and struggling families • Pray that the families of those in prison would be sustained, protected and provided for https://facebook/PrayModesto
