Over the years Ive experimented with a variety of HIT protocols and programs, but few things have made as much of a difference in my physique as food, and the same has been the case for almost everybody Ive trained. Your DNA are blueprints, your exercise program is the construction crew, and your food is the building supplies. You can have the best blueprints and the hardest working crew, but if you dont give them what they need to work with the end result is going to be crap.
