Over the years we have encountered a minute number of clients that have tried to get away with not paying for a treatment they have had in our clinic. We have full CCTV footage of these clients and report them to the police and more recently we have had one client whom happens to have a criminal history of previous Fraud charges that have been made against her. She assaulted our Beauty Therapist who will be scarred for life from this assault. We pay enough taxes than to have clients think they can get away with not paying for treatments and once more get away with physically attacking an innocent harmless person . We say NO to this type of behaviour and are thinking of starting a website to name and shame these germs on the GOLD COAST. What are your thoughts? Do you agree with the name and shame? We have four people to start the name and shame list. At least this way we can stop them from attempting to do it again.
