Own body weight workout...at the comfort of your home. Perform exercise 1 rest for 20seconds before moving to exercise 2.....follow the order 1-8 until you have done each exercise 3times. Warmup -7minutes stationery runs Total Body stretch 1. 50 squats x3 2. 50 pushups (ladies, knees on the floor with crossed legs) x3 3. 50 Alternate lunges x3 4. 50 Mountain climbers x3 5. 45sec-1min plank x3 6. 45sec-1min back extension (if you have lower back problems please consult a physio) 7. 50 X-Mountain climbers x3 8. 2minutes jumping jacks x3 Cooldown 3min light walk Total body stretch
