Oy vey, again! I filed my final Delaware state tax return at the beginning of February. A refund should have been transmitted electronically to my bank. As of today, it still has not received. It occurred to me that the Division of Revenue may not have received the filing if it got lost in the mail, so this morning, not wishing to be found delinquent in filing, I sent another copy by certified mail. Tonight I get a letter from them to say the refund cannot be justified without a W-2. Aaaaaggghh! I filed federal electronically, which doesnt require a W-2, so I forgot all about attaching one to the state filing. I hate getting old and senile!
