Social interaction ( The Meet & Greet) is a necessity in today’s lines of communication. With an increasing amount of time spent in front of computer screens and less time in formal standard office/organizational situations the work environment can foster “lone wolf” employees/members who never develop relationships with their peers or even bosses. Meet and Greets transpire Relationship building, especially where new members are concerned is a necessity in maintaining longevity and thus decreasing turnover/ and a lack of understanding of your job, other members, and S.U.T.F all together.
