PASTORS BLOG: Hello Church, We have great staff, there is no doubt about it. When I think about all the things we have done this year it’s because of the excellence of AHCC staff. They put the wheels on Nina’s and my vision. They action it and get others into action to make God look good and His Church alive. Let me publicly thank them today. To Ps Jonathan, what a great friend, ally, and servant you are. Your devotion to AHCC and Nina and I is outstanding. You just make it happen and I thank God for you daily. You add so much to us all. You just make us all better. To Jacinta, you put up with a lot, constantly but gracefully dealing with the front line. Just when you get some consistency I add something and yet you faithfully nod and without complaint get on with the job. Just seeing your smile each day at your desk brightens my day. Thanks for loving my family. To Ps Joseph. What a breath of fresh air you are. Your boundless energy and willing spirit just enthuse the whole office. You’re always busy doing something, organising something and yet in a minute you will drop everything to serve me or the church and do far more than your job description says. Thanks for having such a huge heart for this house. To Selina, what a dynamo you are. When you joined our team it was like a missing piece of the puzzle had been found. You add so much more than just worship excellence. Your work ethic, heart for God and people just oozes out of you. Thank you for being the “Can Do” girl, it makes a huge difference. I love seeing you growing into an exceptional leader. To Sue. I just like you. You are so unselfish. It’s just never about you. You reflect an amazing Christ-Like example in all you do. I like your mischievous sense of humour. You were made to help people and Albany Hills Care couldn’t be in better hands. To Nikki, you are one of the most Godly and consistent people I know. Your strong relationship with God effects all you come into contact with. You keep on going whatever the challenge and do it with aplomb. I appreciate the sense of “history of AHCC” you add to an essentially new team. To Jenny, our practical lady. We need you keeping us on the straight and narrow. I’m glad you always just get about and do the latest crazy request or report I suddenly want. Thank you for keeping the finances of this church so diligently and faithfully. Last but not least to Alex, what a man you are. You have such a generous and honest spirit. I don’t think God has favourites but if He does you’re one of them. Your positive demeanour, crazy sense of humour are very appreciated here at AHCC. We love you. We try and express our gratitude personally to our staff, but today I just want everyone to know how excellent they are. Great staff make life better.
