PLEASE HELP. These two girls are still out there tied to a tree, without adequate food, shelter, or even the comfort of each other. They only have a few branches to guard them from the wind, rain, and snow. There is no blanket, just a divot in the dirt they dug for a bed. Theres no toys. Theres no clean water. Just the kindness of neighbours who feed them. They are 6 and 8 years old and deserve better.
