PLEASE PRAY FOR ME & MY DAD....All i did for 4th was take care of my father...Yesterday was very HOT humid 96 daytime 90 after 7pm ...we got AC but only half house downstairs is cool. My Bedroom upstairs was like jungle..i didnt sleep much...dad was too cool he didnt like AC on in his bedroom...he is acting like its winter he is cold and Im sweating...I woke up this morning very weak and sick...my stomach felt like somebody kicked me...i did take extra vitamin C so i know why had to run to bathroom atleast 3 times ...lets just say what a gross way to lose 5 pounds ! :) all i ate yesterday was hotdogs beans for lunch and hamburger and potatoe salad for supper and gallon of green tea with honey and lemon...Im feeling totally disgusting right now and very hot tired weak...please pray...
