The organization works to improve the built environment, particularly housing design and construction, village planning, natural hazard mitigation, environmental sanitation, water supplies, and other living conditions. It achieves these goals through the provision of material and technical assistance and construction management services for rural and urban areas. We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Manager Knowledge Management based at Karachi. The position will report to Chief Executive Officer. Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible to manage core components of Knowledge Management that includes but not limited to Monitoring & Evaluation, Donor Liaison, Resource Mobilization and Supervision of Diversified Team. Specification: • Preferably Masters Degree in Social Sciences/Economics/Research from a reputable university. • A minimum of 4-5years of relevant work experience in an NGO or donor funded organization. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to work in multicultural team. • Ability to Multi-task assignment while working under pressure to meet project deadlines • Willing to travel as and when required in Southern and Northern regions of the country. • Knowledge/exposure of SPSS would be preferred.
