PROOF that you re-incarnate. Yolo is bullshit. Heaven and hell in the religious aspect is fear mongering, so is the hindu based re-incarnating into lower forms of consciousness like insects or animals. We are here to learn through many, many incarnations. As we build a strong core soul from the many experiences and lessons we encounter and learn from we eventually become pure and wise enough to exist on higher extremely unfathomable planes of existence. Death is not to be feared or hung up over, people are not gone forever, many of us incarnate into many lives together as spiritual groups and families. Embrace aging, embrace wisdom! Life is so amazing, and we never truly die. The body goes back to the earth to become something else and the soul comes back and re-creates itself even more powerfully!
