GM Accounting, Finance and Tax Main responsibilities: • To support Director and Group CFO on financial information and decision making • To oversee the function of Finance, Accounting and Tax department • Ensuring operation activities are well supported, financially • Ensuring the accurate and timely statutory and management reports • To make sure that tax are properly planned and any tax refund is well managed to get the maximum result • Maintain relationship with clients, vendors, auditors, banks, financial institutions and regulators • To review, build, and implement SOPs for financial control and liaise and co-ordinate with Internal auditors as required. • Comply with Company policies, QHSE, current legislation and with other current requirements. Qualifications: • Male/Female • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, Post graduate education is an advantage • Having above than 10 years experience in finance and accounting managerial function • Experience in Audit Firm will be an advantage • A good team player • Fluent in English 2. Base Manager Main responsibilities: • Manage and set up the drilling/production supply base. Assist in the development of term and conditions and minimum technical requirements and specifications for supply base facilities, operations and personnel. • Manage the supply base logistics procedures manual complete with all process, templates and forms to conduct the full range of air, marine and personnel logistics for the exploration drilling campaign. This procedures manual will also from the basis of any future appraisal and development operations. • Manage all necessary marine services that will be required in support of drilling/production activities. • Manage helicopter services for the transport of personnel to and from the rig. • Assist in developing the team’s safety and loss prevention philosophy and procedures manual for all logistics operations. • If required manage and plan all drilling logistics on a daily, weekly, monthly and per well basis to ensure that the rig is fully supported and has the necessary materials, equipment and personnel on location when they are required. • Supervise all supply base operations. Management of supply base and port contractor(s) to ensure smooth, trouble-free and safe operations. • Ensure the efficient and cost effective return of all relevant equipment and personnel. • Manage all personnel movements to and from the rig and within country where necessary. • Inventory and track all equipment and materials throughout the drilling/production campaign. • Conduct end-of campaign audit an materials reconciliation. • Conduct contractor performance reviews. • Review all logistics service providers invoice and ensure they are correct and as per the contract. Sign off on invoices • Review and approve Monthly Budget Request, Petty Cash Report, Monthly Draft Invoice, Time Sheet, Usage Report prepared by Admin • Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists • Comply with Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental current legislation and with other current requirements Qualifications: • Male • Diploma/Bachelor degree • Having 5-10 years experience • A good team player • Fluent in English • Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) : Good • Logistics and Project Management knowledge in oil and gas industry • Exposure to EPC environments • Must have Rigging/Slinging Safety Course, Marine Transport Operations Course, Safety Course (Emergency Response, Fire Fighting, Chemical Safety, First Aid) 3. Accounts Payable Controller Main responsibilities: • Control vendor invoices verification and distribution to user for approval to be done in a timely manner. • Review, question and validate the payment prepared by Finance Executive to ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity. • Liaise with the vendor and/or vendor user to resolve any dispute in a timely manner. • Prepare and Administer payment to be executed in accordance to the payment schedule. • Prepare funding to Branch Offices in a timely manner. • Ensure Branch transactions are in accordance with the policy. • Support Branch offices with necessary guidance on executing payment securely. • Provide a reliable weekly Account Payable Ageing Report. • Provide payment plan based on fund availability. Qualifications: • Male/Female, Bachelor degree in Accounting. • 6+ years’ financial experience; minimum 4 years post-qualification experience. • Familiar with technical and analytical accounting skills. • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Excel. • English literate.
