PUB/RESTAURANT UNIT MANAGER FaYre Inns are looking to recruit a new Unit Manager for one of our venues in Lancashire. We are looking for a big personality - someone with true customer focus and real passion for the business. You will have some experience in managing a restaurant environment - with good organisational skills and team leadership abilities. You must be passionate about food, training and delivering great service at all times. This is a “hands on” role and the floor is your office. You will be a people’s person working closely with your team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to do the job. You will be responsible for both front and back of house and although the operational side of the business and your hands-on skills are of the greatest importance, you must also be aware and understand the impact that figures and costings have on the business.
