DETROIT (CBS Detroit) The Michigan Humane Society Cruelty Investigation Department is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whomever is responsible for attacking a black Labrador mix with a machete. It happened Saturday, August 24 in the 7300 block of St. Mary’s in Detroit.
