PUPDATE - RUSTI went to his adoptive home on the weekend! We are really happy with this match. His new pretty dogsister Nymeria has a neurological disorder that affects her fine motor control, and she needed a particular type of grounding companion. We saw it in the meet, it was a little bit magical - when Nymeria saw Rustis human foster sister and brother, which she found scary, she went and stood with Rusti. Reports from Jordan and Ashlee have been great (as weve seen here, and we love the photos!). It was nice to be able to relieve one of our dedicated foster families of 2 of their 3 fosters, and were very appreciative that Pam, Justin and family stuck it out with the accidental houseful. Rusti is such a sweet little man, and its surprising he couldnt be matched up quicker - but for both he and his new family it was definitely worth the wait. Congrats to Jordan, Ashlee, Rusti and Nymie and thanks for opening your hearts and home to a Barlees orphan! :)
