Paid Autism Research Opportunity A study is being conducted at the University of Dayton that examines the effect of a therapy swing on the gait of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Participants will wear small plastic sensors on bands around their torso and ankles while walking a short path. Subjects will be reimbursed $35 for their time and effort. Looking for children: . With a diagnosis of ASD . Who are able to verbalize . Who are comfortable on a therapy swing . Ages 5-11 This is a one-time study and testing sessions will last 50-60 minutes. Tests can be scheduled at your convenience. This study is not a part of your child’s therapy treatment. Participation is voluntary.
