Pardon my ignorance, but general question is there a MV violation if an operator enters upon a multi-lane highway (Southeast Expressway from Morrisey Blvd.) and said MV in front of me suddenly develops HUAS and slows to about 15MPH thus causing TT unit behind me to lay down on his airhorn and blast me. Douchebag in front of me just started tooling along at about 20MPH..Said TT driver then flips me the finger for causing his heart to come up to his throat to avoid hitting me in the ass...I really couldnt blame him on this one...
