Pauls Red wine burger with hand cut fries and Cheddar cheese Lean ground beef and add ground ribeye Lynns seasoning to taste 1/2 Tbs. Mince garlic 1/2 cup red wine cabernet 3 Tbs Butter Ritz crackers about 10 1/2 Onion 3 tbs steins syrup 1 egg Mix and make patties 4 Idaho potatoes leave skin cut long ways then cut again to make fries. Fry and sprinkle with sea salt and olive oil Cheddar cheese A good either potato bun are sour dough After burger is cooked add fries on top plus cheese and cover to melt. Serve from grill to bun....yum I severed with corn macque choux Paulie says bite me shaa
