Peanut Butter Chocolate Bacon Bars: 3/4 cup butter - melted 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter + 5 Tbsp additional 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 2 cups sugar 2 cups chocolate chips 1 small pkg of real bacon bits On low heat melt butter and peanut butter together, when well blended - add cracker crumbs and sugar, still until well mixed. Pour into a 9 X 9 OR 10 X 13 pan lined with parchment paper - spread evenly and firmly pat down - (pan size depends on thickness of bars you desire) Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Melt down chocolate chips - a 5 tbsp peanut butter to the chips as they melt. Once melted - pour over top of the crumb mixture and smooth over evenly. Refrigerate at least one hour - cut into squares - serve. NOTE: I doubled recipe and only used 2 1/2 cups of sugar - and it was plenty!!! Keep leftovers refrigerated......(Also cut into small squares - VERY rich - but amazing!!!!) ENJOY!!
