People always ask and wonder why i teach kids about science and the astronomy and if Im afraid that they will become nerds. Well its very simple, they see me doing research on astronomical objects and ask what am i doing, why do we have stars, how are they formed and crazy random questions. So i give them answers. Honestly, i want to give them the best education that they can receive in school and out of school. My son is already in an advanced class and loves it, he even corrects his own teacher.... which he gets in trouble for. My daughter is into astronomy as well, i bought her some books on our solar system and she became obsessed with them. She even goes on YouTube and does a search about a random celestial object and tell me what she has learned. What Im trying to say here is that there is nothing wrong with having a better intellect than others. I want my kids to grow up smart and become something great. I cant always be there for them but you better believe that i do my best to give them everything they need in life. Who knows, they might be the next Einstein, Newton, or Darwin.
