People deserve to know the facts or all you do is add chaos to a rumor started assumption in the biggest of dramatic fashions. Heres your facts for the weekend so we can all move on..... Fact # 1 No one runs a loader or big equipment like Cliff (true story) Fact # 2 Our safety barriers are solid and we keep people safe Fact # 3 We have some of the best fans in the world and one or two have revealed themselves to be bad eggs and like we said to the driver you need to trust us that we will deal with it and take care of it the way we see fit and not respond into the crowd because you have no right to disrespect what so many people have taken 3 years to build and the UMSS has taken action. We cannot control how others choose to act, but we will take care of it and IT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED that we can promise. Fact # 4 The scuffle in the pits never became a fight and was controlled immediately and never became an issue---The truth is, our insurance (40 minutes after the situation was controlled) suggested we get a cop to come take statements of what happened so there was record of it. We requested that 1....ONE cop come do that and Brainerd sent 10---They knew the situation was nothing and there was no alarm, again they chose to make something out of nothing and to be honest, we have some great staff and I applaud them for spreading out and being able to manage so many different situations at one time. Fact # 5 NCS is and will be a superb place to come and bring your family. Dont let one or two bad eggs get in the way of what is going to be an awesome summer of racing....because there are only so many we get to have and need to take every opportunity to enjoy them. Fact # 6 I love this place and couldnt be more proud of how well we were able to respond and deal with so much going on and when we finally were given clear info on what all really happened in a chronological order. But at first we didnt have the facts and needed to get them. Thanks for all your support and understanding and cant wait for Saturday now that the season is in full swing.
