Personal fulfillment and genuine spiritual growth do not come through human greatness and success, but through repentance and sincere humility. If we truly want our lives to be fulfilled, we need to search the Word of God for His directions for our lives and then set out on a path to accomplish His will in our lives. We should take a close look at ourselves and ask God to help us correct any defects of character we have, and we should also ask Him to help us use the gifts He has given us for His purposes. When we do these things, we may find that we will start feeling better about our surroundings and ourselves.
