Peter Obi stood in the Anambra State governorship election as candidate for the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) party in 2003 and Chris Ngige ,yes the same OWAN contested under the Peoples Democratic Party and with assistance of Uba INEC declared him governor. After nearly three years of litigation, Ngiges victory was overturned by the Court of Appeal on 15 March 2006. How could the same Ngige who has involved in election rigging , is now complaining of rigging.
