Phils brother in Toronto at the Leafs game :) Lupe’s Troops is proud to honour at tonight’s game from Brandon, Manitoba, Warrant Officer Bill Slievert. He joined the CAF in 1985 as an Infantryman with the Princess Patricias Canadian Light Infantry. In 1991 he became a Resource Management Clerk and has served overseas on four Operational Deployments in Croatia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Afghanistan. Warrant Officer Slievert wears the Commander in Chief Unit Commendation received by members of the 2nd Battalion Princess Patricias Canadian Light Infantry for his service at the Medak Pocket in 1993. In Canada, he has been posted in Victoria, Winnipeg, Petawawa, Kingston and Borden. Warrant Officer Slievert has been an Instructor at the Logistics Training School, Chief Clerk at the Royal Military College and is currently the In Service Training Cell Supervisor at Canadian Forces Base Borden.
