Pias Silly Ego I had a massive fail in the gym when I trained today. I was doing some behind neck push jerks, failed and decided so throw the barbell away from me. The barbell somehow scraped up my shins and I definitely think my modelling career is now over, haha ;) It doesnt really hurt, but I think it might be pretty bruised tomorrow. I dont mind though, these things happen and you just need to remember to be careful. I shouldnt have put as much weight on the bar as I did, as it was the first time I have ever done the exercise. I know better than this, but sometimes my ego gets in the way. Lesson is hopefully now learnt:)! Anyway, Im not the biggest fan of injury pictures. So I thought Id put a video up where I dont injure myself:) 40kg Push Press for 5 reps, 5th set. Goal for this is to get to 60kg (body weight) for 1 rep. Not sure what I can do for the moment, but I dont think Im too far off. Be careful when you lift!
