Planning my menu for Thanksgiving. New item is Leek and Artichoke Bread Pudding (Ina Gartens recipe instead of stuffing)...but Jack will still make his stuffing. Turkey (maybe 2, mine vs Jacks), Twice Baked Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes, lots of Gravy, Roasted Carrots w/parsley (Ina), Roasted Butternut Squash (Ina), Broccoli casserole, Spinach Gratin (Ina), rolls and butter and of course cranberry sauce. Dessert is a Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, Light Strawberry Pie, Shartners Apple Pie, maybe a Cinnamon Apple Cake and MAYBE Inas Ultimate Blueberry Pie! Depending on time and oven space. I think I need another oven. Started planning with 7 for dinner. Not sure but I think that we are up to 20 or 21 for dinner and more for dessert~ LOTS of work ahead of me~ Happy Thanksgiving. I am thankful for all the family and friends I have in my life. Thank you all for helping me through another year.
