Start copying from bellow : ================================================== To whom it may concern: I was searching among the terrorist names and organizations on your list to see if “Zahran Alloush also AKA Mohammed Zahran Alloush, a Syrian citizen “the leader of Army of Islam “(Jaish Al-Islam) was listed or not, I was surprised that the department of State and the Department of Treasury have not listed him on their sanctions or at least terrorist organizations. On Jan 23rd 2015 around 11 am EST, Zahran Alloush (his father name is Abd Allah) warned on his twitter the Muslims of Damascus to be careful because he will rain the city with hundreds of rockets everyday starting on Sunday Jan 25th 2015. He mentioned what kind of rockets he will use (Grad20, Grad40, Katiosha107, and Sahm AL-Islam3, and Sukhoy 24). He doesnt have specific locations or radars or satellites to navigate these rockets, he wants to shoot them randomly as a revenge of the Syrian regime who he accuses it of bombing the Eastern Gouta. Ironically, Zahran Alloush was arrested by the Syrian authorities back in 2006 for his activities in recruiting foreign fighters to join Jihad in Iraq against American soldiers, but he was released in 2011 in a common amnesty by the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.
