Pray for our medical mission team. We leave 3:45 am for Honduras, San Pedro Sula. The team consists of doctors, nurses, Physician Assistants, college kids, Pastors, and doctors, as well as worship ministry team leaders. We will be traveling with Hosue Andrade, Pastor down there. He posts on my site all the time. Also, Samuel Amaya, son of ours through prayer and support in the childrens home, now a minister helping Pastor I believe two churches and plant churches. The Alpha and Omega childrens home is who I did the first CD for: Show Me the Way. Keep this team in prayer, that souls will be saved, strongholds will be broken, lives will be forever changed, children will be healed, and families, and that freedom will come to this country in Government in ways that allows Christianity to spread. We thank you so much. Pray for safe travels and for me, that I wont worry about childhood asthma in that humidity returning. YOu know, no matter how much knowledge we have, when we suffer with chronic illness, we are human. WE must accept that we are just that- human. We need the love and kindness of our Christian friends and family every day, and we need our faith strengthened. My dad shared with me the story of Jonah tonight. How in the flesh, he did not want to go to Ninevah. But he did it, when his stinky rebellious spirit was the cause of a sinking ship and then he got spewed out of the whale. That whales belly must have hurt! Oh Jonah, poor Jonah. On a ship going the wrong direction, getting swallowed up, and then knowing what he had to do, and surrendering to the Lords call. God is a righteous God and we can not run from Him. We must face what we desire not, and obey. Have a great ten days, and lots to tell when we return! Doreen
