Prayer for August 8 To Receive Jesus as Savior and Lord God of heaven and earth, thank You for loving me. Today, I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that You raised him from the dead; according to Your Word I am saved. I repent and renounce sin and thank You for remitting them. Jesus is my Lord, and I am a new creation in Him. Old things have passed away; now all things have become new! Amen.
