Prejudging done! Was by far the hardest line up I have ever stood in! Every single guy had an incredible physique showing hours and hours of hard work and dedication! The international standard is on another level as well as posing requirements and what they look for is so different to standards back at home so was hard to adjust and know exactly what they want but I definitely tried my best, however I didnt make top 6! These are the time when many question is all the hours spent not only in the gym but also preparing meals and having the self discipline to get up and do things others dont ,sticking to a strict diet, the pain and absolute exhaustion from workout to workout and many other challenges regarding the fitness and bodybuilding lifestyle is it all worth it? My answer is a definite yes! This journey has changed my life and I love it! I have gained confidence in myself, met amazing people and challenged myself resulting in achieving things far above my goals and expectations for my first year of competing! When putting things into perspective for only my third competition ever to compete at a worlds for my country is an amazing achievement in itself! I have learnt so much and grateful for all the support and help from family, friends and even randoms haha I appreciate it so much! For those special few who have been here from the start thank u so much u know who u are!!! now time to enjoy last few days in Canada and eat some JUNK hahaha
