Press Release from MTN: MTN Ghana, the leading telecommunication service provider in Ghana has noted with concern the individual actions of some of its retailers to increase the prices of its scratch cards by various percentages. MTN Ghana wishes to assure its customers it has not authorised retailers to make any changes to the price of its scratch cards or any other products. Customers are advised to pay and insist on paying prices inscribed on the scratch cards. Speaking on the development, the Acting Sales and Distribution Executive for MTN Ghana, Mr. Abubakar Mohammed,said it is an unfortunate situation; such unilateral actions by retailers are worrying. He expressed the hope that, retailers would revert to the appropriate prices as clearly indicated on the scratch cards. Retailers are also advised to buy their products from MTN authorised distributors across the country. MTN Ghana would like to thank its customers for their support and loyalty.MTN also wishes to assure its customers of its commitment to continue to provide quality services at competitive prices.
