Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modis policy of establishing a 1000 universities in India to hike of literacy percent in India is one way a rationalistic view. Whereas at the bottom line and also some statements still comment on education is the children still doesnt get adequate and average education to be considered as literate. The key reason behind is the role playing by the teachers. Inspite of getting a pay scale of more than ₹15000/- in a month even for the primary school teachers, the outcome of their in giving to students doesnt tally to what they earn. Not a matter of favouritism but the private educational institutions are doing far better in this regard. Needless to mention, many government running schools and colleges are almost nearing to be termed as corrupted institutions. Imagine the stake of salary they get.. If question why they give less concern towards the student, the immediate feedback will be were earning the supposed amount for the sweat we pour or we teach but to learn is their duty! But how can we expect students to learn when they are not taught in an understandable manner! Teacher comes in, murmer some lecture regardless to the environment of the classroom and then he goes out saying he has done his duty! For christ sake, i would suggest the state or central govt. To remove such a self centered literate people and replace those who are willing get paid in lieu/tally to the contribution they give to students! Dear Modi, come down to basic level and initiate your policy because everything has a roots. Note: Not condemning the whole of Government employees in educational institution but just giving a generalize viewpoint because of many undeserving ones among many deservings. ~passing by my concern~
