Proverbs 28: 6 Better is the poor man who walks in his integrity - TopicsExpress

Proverbs 28: 6 Better is the poor man who walks in his integrity than he who willfully goes in double and wrong ways, though he is rich. Have hidden motives for our actions is the quickest way to destroy our credibility. When we are out to promote ourselves by using others we are on the wrong road. As I said before we go no where with out the help of others. But when we go into an agreement with them let us find a share something that will promote them even more than it will benefit us, doing this will draw out the right people to grow with. When I see the double in this verse I think of the ole boy down in Texas who said, that fella there seems to be talking out of both sides of this mouth. Stand for what you stand for not without gratitude, and humbleness. But dont try to please everyone because that will just leave you not knowing who you really are. You cant please everyone, nor should you seek to, because then you wont please anyone, least of all yourself. Dylan Moran
