Purchasing Manager Thông Tin Tuyển Dụng Nơi làm việc: Thái Nguyên, Bắc Ninh, Hà Nội Cấp bậc: Quản lýKinh nghiệm: 8 Năm Lương: 1.500 - 2.000 USD Ngành nghề: Điện / Điện tử / Điện lạnh, Xuất nhập khẩu, Thu mua / Vật tư Hết hạn nộp: 30/11/2013 Mô Tả Công Việc -Managing overall purchasing process from developing of new vendor until receiving of delivery in order to fulfill very often fluctuating requirement of production; -Estimating optimum inventory target and guiding team members to achieve that target by pro-actively adjusting PO quantity, delivery schedule; Analyzing data to foreseen the risk of over stock, non-moving inventory and arranging actions in order to minimize loss; -Establishing plan for localization, supplier development in line with management guideline and arrange implementation of the plan in coordination with related departments; -Following up maintenance of Purchasing master data for ERP system including material master, vendor master, price contract, info record... in order to prevent any rule violation from happening; -Setting up KPI target in line with management guideline and following daily jobs of subordinates to ensure achievement of target as well as full compliance of internal rules and processes; -Continuously reviewing and innovating purchasing processes in order to improve working performance -Establishing and carrying out training program in order to improve working skill of subordinates -Supporting subordinates in solving urgent problem with happening Yêu Cầu Công Việc Year Experience: 8 Years Minimum Career Level: Manager Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Job Skills: -Bachelor’s degree -or equivalent; -Minimum of 8 years experience in purchasing/ procurement job of a foreign invested enterprise in electronics/ telecommunication field; -Demonstrated experience in time management, deadline management, reporting skill; -Demonstrated excellent understanding of purchasing process, purchasing KPI, logistics and customs clearance process. Capable of overseen company internal process and support/ guide other people to follow in a creative manner; -Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English & Vietnamese are required.
