Question for the peeps out there... Is it standard operating procedure or even legal to use a Police car to teach parallel parking to teenagers? I was on my way to work this evening and observed an unmarked municipal police car with the officer (or police chief) outside his car next to it and it was parked between two folding chairs with a female teenager behind the wheel. Looked like parking school to me.
