Questions from my inbox... Q: What is equilibrium? A: Equilibrium represents a mathematical variable within an equation. This indicator, or target, comes from analyzing data. For example, if high unemployment exists in a given year, and and an unreasonable drop in employment exists after a boom, the best number during the boom period -- the point where reasonable full employment is established, should be the variable target goal for economic planning.
